Chicken Breast with Honey-wine Sauce
Ingredients:
1 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into pieces
4 tbsp. veg. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, mix the wine, soy sauce and garlic powder.

Honey Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
3 or 4 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. prep. mustard
1 tsp. curry
Preparation:
Combine margarine, honey, salt, mustard and curry. Pour over chicken.
Basting every 15 minutes, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
Apple Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
3 unpeeled tart apples, cubed
2 chicken breasts, skinned
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
2 orange slices
Preparation:
Place apples in bottom of lightly oiled casserole dish.
Put chicken breasts over apples.
Combine orange juice and honey in a cup.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture over each piece.

Marinated Chicken Wings II
Ingredients:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
2 lb. chicken wings with drum end cut at joint from wing, discard tips
Preparation:
Mix ingredients together and marinate cut-up wings overnight.
Place wing parts in shallow baking pan and pour remaining liquid over them.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees, turning on the 1/2 hour.
