Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Curry powder
Flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced

Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

1/3 c. lemon juice
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
3 tbsp. breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
