Tarragon Chicken
Ingredients:

2 whole chicken breasts, boned skinned and pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
All purpose flour
4 tbsp. butter, divided
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/4 tsp. minced fresh tarragon or 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 c. half and half
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
